Cancellation Policy

How cancellations work at Resha Rugs: when we may void an order, when you can request to cancel before dispatch, and what applies once a rug is on its way or made especially for you.

  1. Before dispatch

    If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placement. Approval is at our discretion.

  2. After shipment

    Once processed and shipped, an order cannot be canceled; please use our return process where it applies.

  3. Custom & made-to-order

    Bespoke and made-to-order rugs cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed.

Our right to cancel an order

Resha Rugs reserves the right to cancel any order after placement at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with company policies.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout and refund any payment collected, in line with applicable law and our payment partners.

Customer-requested cancellation (unshipped)

The 24-hour window is measured from the time your order is successfully placed and confirmed, based on our system timestamp.

If an order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placement. Approval is subject to Resha Rugs discretion and workshop or inventory status.

Not guaranteed

Review

We review each request individually. If production has already started, materials were allocated, or the item left our facility, we may not be able to honor a cancellation.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm by email or phone whether the request can be accepted.

After processing & shipment

Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that situation, customers must follow our return and exchange process where eligible, as described on our Return Policy page.

Refusal of delivery or return-to-sender does not automatically void the purchase; charges, restocking, or deductions may apply according to our returns policy and carrier rules.

Custom & made-to-order rugs

Custom and made-to-order rugs are produced to your specifications. They cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, because materials and loom time are committed for your piece.

If you are unsure about size, colour, or design, we encourage you to contact us before confirming a bespoke order so we can guide you and document your choices clearly.
