Shipping Policy

Clear timelines for hand-crafted rugs: how long weaving and finishing usually take, when we release parcels to couriers, and what to expect while your order travels to you. Figures are estimates and may shift with season, materials, and destination.

  1. Craft & finish

    Production time depends on construction and size — see the cards below.

  2. Pack & dispatch

    We quality-check, roll, and hand off to the carrier — usually within 72 business hours when ready.

  3. Track & receive

    Most India deliveries complete within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Production time vs delivery time

The day ranges in the production section refer to weaving, finishing, and quality checks only. Courier transit is always additional. Warehouse-ready rugs may skip a long production window, but we still follow our standard dispatch and packing schedule.

Estimated production lead times

All production figures below are calendar days unless stated otherwise. “Up to 6×9 ft” means the rug’s overall size is at or below 6 ft × 9 ft; anything larger is grouped as “above 6×9 ft”.

Tufted rugs

  • All sizes 30 days

Knotted rugs

  • Up to 6×9 ft 60 days
  • Above 6×9 ft 90 days

Handloom rugs

  • Up to 6×9 ft 40 days
  • Above 6×9 ft 75 days

Custom sizes, bespoke colourways, or intricate patterns can extend production. If your order is affected, we will share a revised timeline as early as we can.

Dispatch & delivery

Dispatch window

72 hrs

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 business hours after payment confirmation and careful packing, once stock and workshop readiness are confirmed.

In transit (India)

3–10 days

After your parcel leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier routing, distance, and local handling.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed by our logistics partners.

Remote pin codes, weather, carrier backlogs, or address corrections can add time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or if no one is available to receive large cartons — please plan accordingly.

Tracking, inspection & support

  • When your order ships, we aim to share tracking details by email or SMS so you can follow the shipment.
  • Inspect the outer packaging on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing, and photograph the carton for our records.
  • For questions about status, routing, or exceptions, contact our team with your order number.

Multiple items or partial shipments

If you order more than one rug and they finish production at different times, we may ship items separately so you receive in-stock pieces sooner. You may receive more than one tracking link.
