What is your return policy?
Any item delivered outside India is not eligible for return and refund. Only the exchange of product is available within 15 days of receiving the item with the following conditions:
- Buyers must select exchange products of similar or greater value.
- Buyers must self-ship the original product in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse, or we can arrange shipping upon the buyer's request. In both cases, the shipping cost, inclusive of all taxes and duties, is to be borne by the buyer.
- After receiving the original product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
Following the quality check, any outstanding payment is required. Once the payment is complete, we will dispatch the new selection to your location (shipping costs for the new product will be covered by Resha Rugs).
For the new selected product:
- If the value is higher than the original product value, a balance payment is needed before dispatching the new selection.
- If the value is lower than the original product value, a coupon for the balance amount will be provided, redeemable within the next 3 months from the issuing date on the website.
- For custom orders, exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
Will I have to pay for the shipping back to Resha Rugs?

In either scenario, the buyer bears the shipping costs, including all taxes and duties. The shipping costs for the new product, however, will be covered by Resha Rugs, and we will dispatch it to the buyer's location.
How do I process an exchange of a rug to Resha Rugs within 15 days?
Exchange requests must be raised within 15 days after receiving the order. Email us at orders@resharugs.com.Within 1-2 working days, you will receive a call from our customer support team.Select exchange product/products (of similar or greater value), with assistance from our team of experts.
